What is the “Distintivo H” rating?
The “Distintivo H” rating is awarded by the Mexican government’s ministries of Tourism and Health to establishments that comply with the highest standards of hygiene in food handling. The standards address how raw food, food preparation, and cleaning are handled, among many other important tasks. 
These three hotels comply 100% with the standards rating!
