PREVENTIVE MEASURES
Royal Holiday calls for vigilance and caution at all times to prevent possible scam. We recommend implementing these preventive measures which aim to strengthen the trust and peace of mind of our Members during their travels.
Unfortunately, there are companies and/or individuals who impersonate Royal Holiday employees to offer vacation weeks in exchange for paying various amounts of money or through agreements, using the names of our subsidiary, affiliated, and/or related companies (‘Group companies’), as well as their logos and trademarks.
Considering the above, it is extremely important that you take precautions and take the following information into account:
- Royal Holiday does not offer Affiliation Agreements for Rental Use Rights. Our only recognized rental program is Rent Sure, and its activation or hiring must be done directly through our executives at Royal Holiday offices in Mexico, by calling the telephone number 1 855 30 ROYAL (76925)
- Every deposit for Royal Holiday must be made into the accounts specified within the statements sent to your address. Neither Royal Holiday nor associated companies will request deposits into accounts other than those indicated in such statements.
- Ignore any notice you get from emails that are not in the official domain @royal-holiday.com
- If you receive phone calls from people presenting themselves as Royal Holiday employees or emails. With offers related to the rental of weeks or other exchanges for bank deposits, we ask you to take note of the information and inform us at: 1 855 30 ROYAL (76925), or write to us at service@royal-holiday.com.
